Love the small locally owned pharmacy. I can't say anything but good things about them. They are all great but Mr. Williams is our family favorite. Thanks Bourbontown Pharmacy for refilling quickly and explaining anything we need to know about our medications. Your the best!!

Bourbontown is a fantastic addition to Paris! Their customer service is exceptional, and their staff is fantastic. They make time to answer questions and address my concerns, and their delivery service makes my day so much easier. It's great to have a locally owned pharmacy with a team who genuinely cares about their customers. Love them!

Do not recommended to anyone. Terrible service employees have no clue what’s going on at any given time. I wouldn’t even give them a 1 star but I had to in order to give the review.

10-10-24: If I could give this pharmacy a zero star rating I would. They have changed ownership, and I chalked up a lot of the lateness and difficulties we were having getting our one prescription filled and mailed due to the changeover, but it is beyond that. I had trouble getting them to mail the prescription the first time, and they advised me to submit for a refill a week ahead of time in future even though they had said 2 to 3 days the first time. I used their portal on September 30th to submit for a refill to be mailed and received an email confirmation from the system that it had been accepted. Ten days later, no update and no prescription mailed. I call and they tell me they have to make this one, but this is not a compounded prescription. It comes premade in a pump bottle, and I

Bourbontown Pharmacy is the absolute BEST! The staff always goes above and beyond for their customers. They always have friendly smiles and answer all of my questions. The online scheduling was extremely convenient and vaccine appointments were efficient. I definitely recommend Bourbontown!
