Boulevard Plaza Dental

Horrible staff and dentist. He use to be good when he first open more than 15 years ago. I had an appt today at 12:30. Received a call last week that dentist is not coming till 2:30. I said ok. I call to let them know i found parking and will be there at 2:35 and the staff tells me that they left me a message to come in at 3:30. Never received a message. Dentist did not arrive till 3:45 and was backed up. No apologies to his patients. I live in Suffolk county an hour away to queens. It was a horrible experience. I need to find a good dentist by me. He use to be great. Very disappointed and upset. Unprofessional!!!!!!

While I always aim to be understanding and patient, my experience with Boulevard Plaza Dental has severely tested those limits. Over the span of three visits, I managed to meet the actual dentist only once. First Visit: I waited between 20 to 30 minutes, which seemed a bit long, but was eventually seen by the dentist for a check-up. Upon examination, I was informed that I'd need fillings and subsequently scheduled a return appointment. Second Visit: I encountered a significant delay, waiting nearly an hour. Though I understand that emergencies can arise in any medical setting, the lack of proactive communication was disappointing. I wasn't informed of the delay until I took the initiative to inquire. Great experience my hygienist yein was amazing she took her time and cleaned my teeth I didn’t feel rushed or in any type of pain. The front desk was super friendly and very accommodating. Would def recommend.

Great Ease with scheduling my appointment. Timely seen and content with the doctor’s and his staff’s professionalism. Any anxieties I had quickly passed.
