I’ve been visiting Dr Cross for over 30 years and he has always provided excellent professional service in a very cordial way for my various eye needs. This year I also purchased some new specs from Leo after my annual exam. I have to say Leo is the best person I’ve ever had to fit glasses and diligently get every measurement and exact detail to my liking. He listened to my needs for a frame and worked patiently with me to find my perfect match. Thanks Boulder Vision, you’re the best!

I felt right at home. I hadn’t been there in 14 years due to insurance changes. When insurance changed again, I decided to go back. Doctor cross remembered me from so long ago! Everything went well, everybody was friendly, and it felt much more personable than when I went to a large facility on the southwest end of Longmont. And I love the fact that Doctor Cross donates so much time to less fortunate people who need eye care.

Because of that, and to support a local business, I purchased my next frames from them. Staff helped me picked them out and I get compliments on them all the time. Highly recommended!

Dr. Cross has gone above and beyond to help me with my dry eye condition, even following up with a custom chart to help me stay on track. And Lidia always greets me with a smile, she leaves a great first impression and is reliable with communication and the everyday details of running the front office.
