BOULDER VALLEY CENTER for DERMATOLOGY

I had never been to a Dermatologidt before my visit to Bouldrr Vlalley ,Center for Dermatotology a few days ago.. I went in for my appointment andwas immediately greeted with a genuine smile, and a very pleasant "Hoe may I help you", A very good way to start my visit. I was told what was going to happen to register as a new patient. The representative even came out from behind the counter to help me.It wasn't long before I was called into the treatment srea. The exam I was given was thorough, pleasant, friendly, courteous, and caring. We then went over what was found, what wasn't found. and what was going to be done about it. Everybody was kind, csring, considetstr,, thoughtful, and pleassant. If you need to see a dermatologist, I would highly recommend the fine staff at BVCD.

Great job by Dr. Anna Zanot. First time working with her and she gained my confidence immediately. Extremely professional and competency off the charts. I would recommend her to all my family and friends.” She explained all the options available to me and when asked felt comfortable giving me her opinion and reasoning. WOW!

I wish I knew. I will start by saying that the few don’t represent the many, and I know that. The ones I have been treated by in the 3 times I have been cause me to want to post for others as I wish I would’ve known myself. I went in first for a V-Beam appt—to treat redness. Things were okay. The operators didn’t know how to schedule the appt correctly so when the esthetician called to review, it had to be rescheduled due to not having been off actives—something the operators didn’t ask about nor seem to know as they didn’t ask. At the appt, I was greeted by receptionists without smiles. Okay, whatever. The esthetician was nice. No frills, simply photos, get in the seat & treatment, done. Okay. The women physicians at Boulder Valley dermatology are terrific! Very pleasant, informative and careful when doing your exam. I had 3 moles removed and several spots frozen. All procedures were without pain or other issues. All the time the doctor was explaining why something needed to be done. Time well spent and I would not hesitate to recommend the practice to everyone, especially older women!

The staff is always cheerful and professional, thus providing a relaxing atmosphere for the appointment. They go about their tasks while maintaining a calming conversation with the patient. I am happy to give them my highest possible recommendation!
