If I could give 0 stars, I would, I called before I came, they said they would fill my medicine. Mind you I drove all the way from Bossier After calling They're one of the only pharmacies in town that carried it when I got there, they looked at me and said they felt uncomfortable prescribing the medicine that my ER doctor prescribed the night before.I have never felt more profiled in my life.Please do not use them.

They do not take directly to you the stare in the opposite direction or don’t even look at you half of the time. Then the doctor called the medicine in the day before and it was still not ready the next day. The only decent front counter worker I have found here that is really kind to me is Lonnie now she is excellent but the others are rude.

Every Person at Boudreaux's Rx is an Angel On Earth... Carolyn, Loni, Tina, Shelby, these are just the Angels whose names my puny, overdrawn, memory bank can remember.... There are a dozen More angels in any given day, ready to help you... If you're still with a big box pharmacy, and you have felt like a cog in a giant wheel in a corporate machine, you need to change things up in your life. Try your neighborhood small Mom and Pop pharmacy. Boudreaux's, specifically..... Yes, they're NOT 24 hours.... Yes, they ARE closed on weekends And holidays. But... They Will Deliver, and.... the Angels that are your Boudreaux's techs and PharmD's will bend over backward to help you. ALSO --++ Believe it or not - THEY ANSWER THEIR PHONE! I mean they do get busy. They might be getting busier than most,

Horrible place. They made me switch all my meds to them to all of a sudden say we can't do it anymore bc we would be losing money and I've been with them for years. Just horrible customer service and I'm not big on putting a small company down but they straight up said we're not filling your meds anymore after making me switch all my meds to them. Just ridiculous.

I was forced to use them due to a Tx/La licensing issue with my local pharmacy. They made me buy a $65 Narcan kit to get my pain meds and made me fill all my other prescriptions to even do business with me. Took 7 hours to get it filled and charged me $200 for the same $37 bottle I’ve paid for 8 years at my local pharmacy. That’s a 440% price increase. These folks are SCAM ARTISTS. Look at the other reviews and DONT use this place!!
