Botox By Karisha

I have been getting Botox for 20 years. Being new to the area, I thought I would give Karisha a try....due to all of her advertising. Big Mistake!! I have never experienced a Dr. that has rushed through injections so fast without paying attention to veins. I am a Nurse myself, and was shocked and disappointed of the outcome. I had a bruise immediately which turned into a black eye. I am so embarrassed but I let all of my friends in that part of town, Tanglewood and River Oaks see what I look like and to never go there for Botox. I payed $351 for a black eye. I even called and left a message as to what she did and how I felt. No call back, apology, concern!! Very unprofessional. She needs to stick to dentistry ( OH! Which they advertise a free teeth cleaning NOT) and quit trying to be a

Have been seeing Dr. Madden for a long time and never had any issues. Very professional atmosphere and staff!

Had a great experience! Staff was nice and accommodating and Dr Madden very friendly! Will def be returning!
