My Mom was on the 3rd floor Cardiac Unit and the nurses, doctors, nurses aids and housekeepers were so nice. They were very compassionate, caring, knowledgeable and friendly. I have to say that they are a A+ unit and I am so grateful for them for all the care and attention that they gave to my Mom. She's been to other hospitals before and I was not impressed with their care or service. I just want to thank all those who all those who work on that unit for taking such good care of my Mom....Please don't ever change because you made one family so at ease. You're the BEST!

Last June I was taken to BMC South in an ambulance for a serious bleed issue. While in the ED the care I received was superb. Doctors and nurses alike did a great job keeping me alive. They also found a large aorta aneurysm which I had surgery immediately. They looked so young yet professional. I believe the BMC is a huge improvement. I recommend friends going there with no hesitation.

My sister got to a fall incident, she went there this morning by an ambulance. She got there 40 minutes ago and hasn't gotten care. I am seeing her via FaceTime since I'm all the way in Philadelphia. I have been on the phone when she was in the ambulance. She got to the hospital and not one person is taking care of her. She's complaining of headaches, so I called the hospital to make sure they attend to her. Nurse Kate was so rude and unprofessional, she was yelling at me then she hung up because I caught her in a lie. She mentioned that they have been assisting my sister but I can see them on FaceTime. They stayed by the nurses place yapping the whole time my sister was crying with head and back pain. Shame on y'all, especially Kate. Y'all took an oath to help people, I guess because she'

This is absolutely the worst hospital in the entire state of Massachusetts!! Renaming it to Boston medical DOES not mean shit!! Good Samaritan’s has ALWAYS been a shitty hospital, in the past when I had no choice but to go here. I faced rude un friendly/un sympathetic staff, long wait times of 24 hours+ (YES 24 HOURS) and inadequate care that felt rushed. Today I gave good Sam’s a chance because it was renamed.. and because I had no choice, the staff is a mixed box, the people who were there before the renaming are still as shitty as ever, attitudes and disrespectful, the wait was moderate, the care was sub par, nobody was communicating, leading me to repeat myself multiple times to people, I sat in pain. Huffing puffing and wheezing and visibly distraught and nobody seemed to care, the

ER was fantastic. Some inpatient staff is outstanding, while others lack empathy and communication skills. Obvious worsening of symptoms ignored. Refusal to change patient sitting in soiled bed for hours (sometimes 2-3 hours before someone comes in). Poor communication. Family has had to call hospital several times because family member crying in bed because nobody has been there to change them for hours and they have a serious wound requiring immediate changes in order to improve. Attitude from several assistants, CNA’s and nurses when family trying to get update on family member or sharing information obtained from nursing home or other facilities to help piece together the timeline of illness. There have been so many negative things and every time we very politely ask for help, the excu
