Dr. Liu and her assistants are kind, patient, and truly caring. When my daughter had an issue with her braces late at night, I emailed the office hoping for advice. Dr. Liu responded promptly and even came in on her Sunday to fix the problem. Her professionalism and dedication to her patients really impressed me. Just wanted to give a shout out. We actually didn’t end up working with Embrace for our son’s teeth, but they were really great about helping resolve an insurance issue from our consultation. Much appreciated, and we will strongly consider them if future children need orthodontic work!

Dr. Liu is a very experienced professional who is able to assess and evaluate treatment options, and willing to recommend options that aren’t as common today (such as certain appliances), because they will be the best course of action for the specific orthodontic situation. In my daughter’s treatment plan she thoroughly explained the options and advocated for early intervention, which has made a positive difference in my daughter’s overall ortho goals and treatment timeline.
