Don't waste your time and money here. Do yourself a favor. I just had the worst doctor visit I've had in years. Not even a real doctor, one of his helpers. Fast talker and rushing to get to the next patient. No answers. No help at all. I will not be back here again for the scope. Today is Feb 19, 2026

Colonoscopy was a good experience! Dr and the many staff were so calming, caring and professional. I actually felt pampered in a stressful situation for me. I am seeing PA Satterfield for follow up, and he is easy to talk with, taking time for any questions. He is professional and thorough, going over treatment plans before leaving the appt and also giving typed directions to take home. The Pt Orange office also has an automated list of cancelled appts. I was sick & had to cancel, but I asked to be put on wait list. I was notified 2 times of available appts and was seen a week sooner than my rescheduled appt which was great! I would highly recommend.

The Dr was fine, and the follow up PA was fine. But I gave them a 1 because they broke all hipaa laws when they gave me somebody else's paperwork when I checked in for the followup. Yes, somebody else's name and personal information, medication list etc., followed by calling me to schedule procedures for somebody else, followed by a call to say I was called by mistake. Luckily the surgery center did a better job of getting things right! I have a complete lack of confidence in how they run this practice, I would not go back and neither should you.

Efficient office staff. Link to new patient paper work sent several days before so I could fill that out at home where I have all the information. Appointment on time. Pleasant, uncrowded waiting room. Dr. Agnone personable, professional, and listened well.

I am so impressed with the efficiency and personalized care! No long wait times and they really listen to concerns and make sure you understand the aspects of your health condition and take the time to answer all your questions!! Dr. Deshpande goes above and beyond and encourages communicating even by e-mail if any other questions arise or if you have any other tests done that you want to bring to his attention. I can’t say enough good things about this group!!
