I’ve been waiting for a bed for my disabled mother for 2 months she has difficulty getting in and out of her bed that’s at home and not great. She’s 89 and needs this bed so that she may have a better quality of life but what they’re doing is unprofessional and nasty. They keep telling me that they will contact me when it gets here but every week it’s another excuse. Worst medical supply I have ever dealt with!

Their name should be USELESS PHARMACY WITH NO SUPPLIES. If insurance order and approved 2 items and you are accepting the entire order and only delivering one item even after proactively confirming that it should be 2 items their response is like I can see the order is placed of 2 items but only one is approved where indeed both were approved in the one same authorization and upon that to figure out this small thing they took 25 days and 5 calls of more than 15 minutes each to rectify their error. The level of carelessness and un professionalism is beyond any limit. They make their client go through entire exercise again just because of their sheer negligence and ignorance to get the item which is already ordered accepted and approved it’s like double trouble to get any medical supply from

ELDERLY/ DIABETIC PATIENTS PLEASE READ: I don’t typically write reviews however, this needed to be addressed. If you’re a patient who is diabetic please know this is not the pharmacy to rely on. If you require omnipods/devices this is not the pharmacy for you. Ive never experienced such an unprofessional customer service. I was in shock at how rude the employees were when you needed a situation handled. I’ve been with multiple pharmacies and if they were not able to fulfill my order i still was advised on which steps to take next and RESPECT. Shipments will be delayed and “clinical notes” will be required every 2 months which didn’t sound right to me so I had confirmed with insurance and the pcp and was told this should not be required so often as they set a refill prescription that should

This is the second time that they have not let me know that my last order was my last refill. They have left me twice in the predicament of having no supplies because they fail to be reliable and contact their patients. The first time I had this issue the women who handled the situation was super apologetic and said they should have warned me instead of just not calling to refill my supplies. This time was absolutely horrible as it is my Omnipod supplies & I need my pump as injections don’t work well for me. The person I spoke to told me a manager wasn’t there and then preceded to say it’s not their fault that the doctor isn’t in on the weekend. Not reliable and just no empathy or human decency. Came across this pharmacy in a pinch, needed a time sensitive prescription. The pharmacist went out of his way to transfer my prescription in a timely manner and it save me a great deal. Truly appreciate their efforts and I wasn't a regular customer, they really care. I recommend those who live in the area to become a regular.
