Boone Health Primary Care - Lenoir

It’s unfortunate that I am writing this review. When MU and my insurance did not renew their contract, it left me and tons of others finding a new provider that accepted the insurance. I called this clinic. Checked to see if they accept the insurance and new patients-yes to both. Scheduled an appointment and was instructed to complete new patient paperwork via the portal. 1. I asked for the web site - receptionist said “just Google it”. I should have known then it was not going to be pleasant. 2. Appointment date is approaching. Received a text to confirm appointment. Done. 3. I then finally received the web address, via text, to complete the new patient paperwork. Three times I tried to create an account, three times the system wouldn’t allow me. I did find some info to fill out/print out
