Waited 7 months for my appointment woke up at the crack of dawn to get there in time was there before they opened until they opened walked in and as soon as I touch the door handle to walk in they asked if I could reschedule. Will not be back here again or ever. Seek healthcare to professionals that actually care about your well-being these people do not If you vAlUe uS then schedule me and appointment this week. When I was faced with a endocarditis and a septic embolism, with my life on the line, Boone Hospital saved me! when I had turned away from the university of Missouri because they said I wasn’t a good candidate for an open heart surgery that they also said was probably necessary for me to live. Boone Hospital took me in and save me, so far the first thing I say about Boone hospital is they save me?

Went for son’s speech therapy. The therapy use to charge for 1 hour but the session use to last for 40 min and it did not help so we stopped. They claim insurance wrong way so insurance did not cover now they asking us to pay huge amount of bill. I am not sure why did they not tell us after couple of session that the insurance is not covering. This is really bad experience. Hope they help first then they ask for money!!

This doctors office is very hard to get ahold of. If you send a message through the portal it takes days to get a response. I have never had so much trouble getting through to a PCP.

THEY DEPLEATED MY POTASSIUM NEVER EVEN LOOKED AT MY RIB PUT ME ON FLOOR 6 ONCOLOGY WITH THE WORST STAFF EVER MY ROOM WAS FILTHY SURGICAL CAPS IN THE TOILET THE PATIENTS BELONGINGS STILL IN THE SHOWER.
