Bonita Springs Family Practice Dr. Richard R Wilson DO and Robert Pinello PA

I have been seeing Dr Wilson for several years. I live full time in KY but if I need medical attention while in Florida Dr Wilson is my first choice. In early November I had some issues and needed to try to get an appointment for it to be examined before I left the state. I’m still waiting!!! So, I called to get an appointment with Dr Wilson and was seen the next morning! Not only did he spend extensive time talking with me about it, before I left he had gotten me the test I needed months ago scheduled! This is not the first time he has gotten c-scans, MRI or other tests done very quickly for me! He is amazing and I would not go anywhere else! My husband also sees him now! I had a great experience with Dr. Wilson and his staff. Doctor Wilson was so kind and had great patience. he gave me the time I needed to explain my issues. The staff was so sweet and very kind. They helped so much to make sure I had all my paper work filled out and made me feel comfortable. Everyone made my first visit very comfortable.

I was a patient at the Estero office for many years and never actually met Dr. Wilson because he was always at his Sanibel office. I never had any issues with Dr. Pinello or the staff. Due to an injury I came and saw Dr. Pinello and was given a steroid injection, medication, and a Xray order. The pain got worse and the following week I came back and saw Dr. Wilson and a CT Scan was also ordered. So at this point I've been home from work for two weeks and the doctor did initially sign off on a short term disability claim. I call in to ask if the doctor will sign an extension for short term disability and was told I would get a call back. When I didn't get a call I stopped in to the office and was told the doctor didn't feel comfortable signing off since the Xray and CT scans were clean. Not

Refused to take me seriously when I brought my mother, then undiagnosed, with clear short term memory issues. Would not perform anything further than cursory tests found on google. As a result, I was not able to get her into a nursing home. Now, she has progressed to be significantly worse and has been financially taken advantage of, having been tricked into marrying someone predatory and now residing in a nursing home outside of my care.
