HORRIBLE! 1st my boyfriend went he waited AN HOUR to get called into his appointment, set up a next appt to do a blood test and when he showed up the doctor hadn’t sent any of his information and he had to wait another 45 minutes for them to be able to call him in because first the doctor didn’t send any information for tests he needed and then when he did he didn’t even clarify so he had to do it again! Then he just shows up AGAIN at 9:30 and he just left now 11 because they NEVER called him in. not to mention the nobody in here does there job and they just stand around pretending to do something. Place is ridiculously horrible.

Dr Benetiz was through and knowledgeable. Staff is terrible. Couldn't change or ask the Dr to change a prescription when it wasn't covered by insurance. Waited 3 hours for them to put the change through, simple change of dose and differentpharmacy. Called them after the 3 hours to check and they couldn't admit to their irresponsible inaction. Instead they took it out on me. Called to check on a form the Dr was supposed to fill out, they wouldn't let me speak to the Dr. Every time I emailed them for the form for being out of work, they NEVER responded. Best advice, go somewhere you're welcome and be helped by sufficient capable staff. Not going to find that here.

I am a new resident in Fort Myers area, so I was looking for an MD to establish as primary family doctor, I was referred by a friend to Dr Juan Carmona at Bonett Medical Center, and I have a great medical consultation experience. Dr Carmona and his team are very welcoming and cordial, He is very knowledgeable too, with international training as anesthesiologist in Cuba, therefore he is bilingual English and Spanish. Dr Juan Carmona have created a wow medical consultation visit. I surely will referring my family to be in care with Dr Carmona and his team. I strongly recommend his practice, for personal and family care too.

If you can't wait more than an hour in this clinic, it's better not to come.

I went to visit Dr Carmona he is a good Dr but the rest of the staff are a disaster/poor knowledge and poor professionalism/to call the office and to receive a good information is very hard and to receive the medication orders in the pharmacy......una locura Cra
