Dr. Grisez and his team are an amazing group. One of my knees was causing so much pain from wear that I couldn’t enjoy my usual activities. Dr. Grisez is compassionate and allows you to set the pace for your treatment. His team is professional, knowledgeable, and understanding of the process their patients are going through. Dr. Grisez allowed me to have my total knee replacement in their surgical complex instead of having to stay in the hospital. I've had nothing short of an amazing experience with Dr Valosen and all of the Waycross staff. Special shout out to nurse Brooke who has returned all of my calls helped with all of my questions and all of my paperwork she has really went above and beyond to help me and I appreciate it so much. Also the receptionist Miranda has been great and has answered all of my questions as well. I really don't have anything bad to say even after surgery they called to check on me and addressed any concerns that I had. They took all of my concerns seriously even on the initial visit and acted quickly to make sure that my pain was taken care of. Even the staff and jesup were super kind and the guy that did my nerve study was great unfortunately I cannot remember his name. I highly recommend the bone and

I originally called to schedule for a X-ray and they scheduled me to see the main doctor. I get a call the day before and asked to see if it was alright if their PA could see me and if they could reschedule because something came up. I told them that’s fine as long as they can do the X-ray on the new scheduled date. All was well…until the following day before my new scheduled appointment, they called me again asking if they could reschedule me because their PA was sick. I understand everyone gets sick especially at the peak of Flu season but they wanted to push this out for the following week. When you’re in severe back pain and feel like you’re being pushed to the back burner, it doesn’t feel good at all. *See random unrelated cat photo for serotonin*

After a nasty fall, I was experiencing severe elbow pain. I called one morning and they scheduled me for that afternoon. I was there a few minutes early. From check in to walking out was less than 50 minutes. This included a medical history, nurse asking lots of questions, x-rays, seeing the PA, and getting splinted and in slings (yep, both elbows were fractured). Everyone I encountered was very kind and compassionate to this almost 60 year old lady with her first ever bone injury. I entered nervous and left with excellent patient care.
