I wanted to bring to your attention an ongoing issue with your delivery service. While your in-person service is commendable, the delivery service has been consistently disappointing. Today, I called in my mother's medication at 10:30 AM, and as of 4 PM, we have yet to receive it. This is not an isolated incident; a few months ago, I experienced a similar delay with my daughter's asthma pump, which took 8 hours to arrive. Thankfully, we had some medication left, but this is not always the case. It's crucial to improve your delivery service, especially for elderly patients who are unable to pick up their medications.

I have been with bonds pharmacy for over 25 years. The staff is friendly. If you have any questions they will help you out especially when it comes down to question on your meds. They delivery your refill medications. I have no complaints

I have been at this pharmacy for years and never had a problem but now that I just had a major surgery and go to put my script in they end up giving it to someone else by mistake mind you one meds was a narcotic thank god the person was an older lady and brought it back but then my husband finally gets home with the meds after 2 hours and I’m short 5 pills in one jar & 3 in another jar smh because now when I go back you think they gonna replace it but they had just closed when I finally got the meds and they are closed Sundays so have no choice but to wait til Monday but now I suffer because I can’t put my next refill until my 10 days are up when I only got a 6 day supply it’s crazy ridiculous and I loved bonds drugs pharmacy especially kumar he is always understanding and very kind hearte
