I came to your laboratory to get a color match for three front teeth because my dentist was not able to judge the proper color. I was pleasantly surprised by the size and cleanliness of the lab. I saw the technicians busily at work at their stations. Dave cheerfully helped me select the perfect colors. Ed followed up with the final order. Both gentlemen were very professional and helpful. The color result on the final product was very accurate. Thank you so much. I can smile again!

I just have to say Mr. Ben who picks up and drops off our cases is such a kind hearted person. Every time he walks through the door he has a smile that will light up anyone’s spirits. We thank you for having such an upstanding employee ❤️

Save yourself a headache and stay away. I have been in dentistry over 20 years. The customer service and quality is horrible. Dave created a finished product that was undeliverable (they fabricated it on a model that they clearly broke). Tina, the manager does not returns calls to help. They destroyed my PMMA I paid for to create the "end product". They ran my credit card and will not refund me. I had to start my case over at another lab in Orlando. Bruce the owner of all the Bono Dent Lab is no where to be found and also doesn't call back.

The quality that is coming out of this lab is second to none. The new management team has truly made a huge impact.
