Bon Secours Urgent Care, Winchester Gateway

I had to go here 3 different times last week for a series of immunizations for a new teaching position. The first time had quite a long wait due to them being understaffed. That wasn't cool and took forever. However, the other times were good and the staff pleasant and helpful. Easy to get a hold of them on the phone. No appointment needed.

I would definitely recommend this Urgent Care. Scheduled an appointment online and did my pre-registration the night before made it very easy to check in with the receptionist. Michelle was great! She made the check in process quick and simple. The clinical staff Taryn did a great job triaging and getting my information. Kim the Nurse Practitioner does an amazing good job. She really connects and listens to your concerns. 10/10 would recommend this clinic, keep up the good work!

Very quick and very friendly I called before I went in to schedule appointment; however they told me that it was okay to come on in so I did. When I arrived I was explained what to do for checking which was mostly done with the convenience of my mobile device. Once that was completed, I was called to the back shortly after. The staff in the back was just as nice and helpful as the staff was when I called and asked well when entered the building. I logged in as new patient, waited in waiting room to be seen, was seen, released, and back out the door in less than 45 minutes. I was very pleased with the service I received.

I have been to this clinic twice now, and I was seen promptly both times, and had no complaints with the visits… place was actually empty both times I was there, and all the staff were pleasant. My experience was tainted this last time, though, when the provider didn’t call in my needed antibiotic, then when they finally called it in the next day, they contacted the wrong pharmacy, even though I had verified it three times with them. I finally got my antibiotic 24 hours after my visit.😕

This place is useless every time I go here they tell me there is nothing wrong or they can’t give me meds … told me I had sinus infection and upper respiratory infection but won’t give me antibiotics because it’s only day 5 of my sickness they said I have to be sick for 10 days for them to give me antibiotics! They literally never do anything ! Time to find a decent primary care customer this place doctors come and examine you for 2 seconds and tell you u they can’t do anything for me … went to an actual doctor turns out I have bronchitis and a very bad upper respiratory infection and finally got meds
