Bon Secours Urgent Care, Towne Center

I’m not a huge review person, but everyone here was so kind and patient I really wanted to acknowledge them. Between the phone call before getting there and my time in the actual clinic it was great. Lorraine was so sweet and helpful at the front desk, my vitals nurse was extremely kind and patient, and Dr. Dietz was very comforting. I’m in my first trimester of pregnancy and was having some concerns about not feeling well, they took care of everything and in such a short time frame. Really thankful to these people!

After 5 days of not feeling well that started on a trip in NY, I had terrible sinus/head pressure, itchy watery eyes, itchy and achiness inside my ears, terrible headaches, and a very sore throat (that was only 2 days though). Just yesterday when I got off work, I just drove up to a local Bon Secours Urgent Care center nearby. It was fast and easy checking in via kiosk and or cell phone. Did all the paperwork on my phone sitting down. Within 3-4 minutes I was called back. I was in & out of there in about 35 min! My Dr (Dietz I believe) was very informing, made excellent eye contact, spoke slowly and explained I didn’t have Covid, flu, or strep but a contagious viral upper respiratory infection that typically lasts 7-10 days. His nurse gave me a syringe of liquid prednisone to chase w/ wate

Woke up with cellulitis today. Was unable to get an appointment with my physician today so turned to urgent care knowing this needed taken care of today. Was seen promptly, everyone was friendly and professional. The facility was clean. The practitioner was very through, instructions were complete and easy to follow. Would recommend Brittney Wagner, NP she is wonderful.

I think thie place must be under new management or something. My experience was absolutely phenomenal. From start to finish, everyone was polite and courtious, completely accommodating. I had a wonderful experience, which helps when you feel terrible and don't like doc appointments. I

Great experience - Brittney and Bre were extremely kind and helpful, and allowed me to get in and out quickly, with answers. I went at 5PM and it was still smooth - would definitely go back if needed. Thanks!
