We had a great experience here today and are very thankful to the whole team. My child had a minor injury from a dog, so we came in to make sure the wound was properly cleaned and checked. From the front desk to the nurses and the nurse practitioner, everyone was incredibly kind, gentle, and professional. They cleaned the wound carefully and made sure everything was taken care of. The staff were very friendly, patient, and always smiling, which really helped us feel calm and less anxious. It was our first time visiting, so there was some paperwork to fill out at the beginning, but once that was done we were seen very quickly. The entire visit was smooth and efficient. Excellent Urgent Care! Staff was great! Traveling to visit family and needed immediate care for an infection. They made sure I was heard and seen. PA was top notch! Informative caring and so respectful. We’re considering moving to the area and this stop made a difference! Feels like home already 👍🏼

Dr and med assistant were a 5 out of 5. However, Natasha-the registration person - needs to be given a job that doesn’t require her to have empathy or compassion for people in pain. Only four people in waiting room and two left. One person came walking in with good spirits (most likely glad he was going to get to address his ailment with a professional ) but left confused and very unsatisfied without seeing anyone due to Natasha’s tongue lashing about not answering her calls. He was shocked because he arrived 40 minutes early for a 3:15 appt. She said that she was trying to let him know she had a 1:30 open and now he would have to wait an hour and half to be seen. Very fast and efficient as I had scheduled an appointment online. PA was very compassionate and thorough. Just note they do not do bloodwork so if you think you may need that, choose a different urgent care. I only gave 4 stars as the front desk clerk didn’t say hello to me or anyone else who walked into the facility. Front desk clerks should be warm and welcoming.

The medical assistant was very courteous; however, when I informed her that I was experiencing an allergic reaction, she did not inquire whether I should remove clothing to allow the physician to assess the severity of the reaction. I removed my own clothes prior to the physician's entrance. When the physician arrived, she asked about my throat condition. The allergic reaction was caused by a Starbucks beverage containing tree nuts—the Strawberry Shortcake Frappuccino. The physician's assistant was excellent; she promptly ordered an injection to be administered immediately and also prescribed steroid cream for the itching.
