Bon Secours Urgent Care, Sauer Center

I recently visited the Bon Secours Urgent Care at the Sauer Center and was impressed. I saw Dianna, a nurse practitioner, who was down-to-earth, good at listening and quick to convey an understanding of my immediate medical issue as well as a more complex context. The front desk interaction was a positive experience too—the lady working was helpful, efficient, and knew exactly when to bypass the sign-in kiosk because of complications (likely user error) to speed the process. It was a simple, pleasant, and efficient visit. I had also recently added Dr. Bala of Bon Secours as my PCP and despite being on vacation at the time, he got a message back to me and provided his thoughts/recommendations on the issue—exceeding expectations. I’m looking forward to future years of care here.

We showed up late on Saturday night with a health issue for my 4 year old. We were in and out with a prescription in 45 minutes and my daughter got a lollipop which made it a great experience for her. We had a great experience!

I work in a school with plenty of flu and strep going around. Didn't feel well and needed to be sure that I didn't have either illness. No wait time, great staff, plenty of attention and in and out. I was a little hesitant about the wait time to expect bcs of the location but no issues there.

Save yourself the headache and avoid this urgent care chain. Location and staff was very nice but billing department is nightmare. I paid full bill in person during visit but got a random bill later for additional amount. I called office front desk but they immediately transferred me to their central billing department, so I explained I paid full amount during my visit but their system apparently doesn’t show them patients receipt, invoices. they need 30-40 days to investigate that I paid and promised me I won’t be charged the additional amount during investigation. Surprise, I got charged without authorization 2 days later. Called again and explained everything and billing department tells me investigation is still open and they still need 30-40 days to investigate and apologizes for the
