Bon Secours Urgent Care, Regency

I came in today to this urgent care and I couldn’t have been more pleased. PA Reale was patient, kind and walked me through everything as she was doing it. Telling me when it would sting and checking to make sure I was okay. Her medical assistant, also friendly and cheerful as well as the front desk. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience and one of the best I have had at an urgent care. Was in and out in about an hour-ish. Thank you!

The staff was friendly and helpful, and especially patient when trying to authorize my tricare health insurance. The physician was nice, knowledgeable, and explained everything well, while getting me everything I needed to feel better. It could not have been a more smooth experience.

I had not been feeling well since Sunday and woke up Thursday feeling worse. I made the appointment online and was able to be seen within 30 minutes. The receptionist, the nurse and the nurse practitioner were all so kind and caring and efficient. I would recommend this place to anyone who needs urgent care.

Very organized and ready for me. They saw I was hurt and didn’t make me walk extra - the desk person came to me when she needed an extra piece of information. The PA was very kind. Got me taken care of, talked to me about me ailment and condition. Called in my RX. Quick.

Went to get treated for sore throat. I tried to do the appt not had some trouble but the front desk young lady helped me a lot by finishing the registration I did on the way to them. The medical assistant, I’m not good with names was very nice also. I got seen by the provider quickly after she did my vital signs. Didn’t have to wait long. The only long thing was waiting for the lab test result which they told me about. Afterwards, I called the pharmacy to find out if my prescription would be ready. Only to be told, they ran out. I asked around but to no avail. So I went back in to ask the young lady receptionist and she got the Provider for an alternative medication. The Provider herself came out and talked to me.
