Bon Secours Urgent Care, Midlothian

March 3 I had a great experience at **Bon Secours Urgent Care on Midlothian when I went in for a knee injury. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was welcoming and the front desk staff was incredibly kind and helpful. The medical assistant was friendly and professional, and the X-ray technician was very gentle and attentive to my injury, making sure I was comfortable during the process. When I met nurse practitioner Jesssica Squiabro Pierce I immediately felt at ease. She was thorough, compassionate, and explained everything clearly. I truly wish I could remember everyone’s names because the entire team that day made me feel like I was genuinely cared for not just another patient. Thank you for providing such excellent care!

Very quick, kind and courteous staff from check-in to tech/nurse to the doctor. The waiting room was very clean and neat. Dr. Explained things throughly and gain the nurse/tech was amazing. This will easily become our new go to. Especially with X-rays and a tech there during operating hours.

Today was my first time visiting this urgent care, and overall I had a great experience. All of the staff were kind and professional. I do have one concern that I’d like to mention respectfully. When the medical assistant left the room, the computer screen was still logged in, and I was able to see other patients’ charts. I just wanted to bring this to your attention as a reminder to please log out before leaving the room to protect patient privacy. Thank you for your care!💛

My check in was smooth and easy. Front desk staff was very pleasant she even said I looked like her bestfriend. She was warm and welcoming. The nurse that completed my vitals was very pleasant and patient and explained there would be a little wait due to only one physician being on staff. The Nurse Practitioner was not very pleasant. I felt rushed and I had been waiting for her to come in for over 30 min. Her bedside manner was rushed I guess if was bc the office was closing at 8pm. I had arrived there around 6:11pm. I felt as though she did not take time to really check to how I was feeling. I was very unhappy with her service. In the future I will try not to use Bon secours and I will let others know as well. I would never recommend

Convenient location. Plenty of parking. Clean, well-lit facility. Friendly, helpful staff. Check-in was easy. I waited under five minutes to be seen by the Provider, a NP. She was able to diagnose my condition quickly and the staff relayed my prescriptions to my pharmacy immediately.
