Bon Secours Urgent Care, Laburnum

Everyone was very nice. The nurse was a lil rough with the nostril swab, though. I’ve had swabs before but never someone so rough. Other than her, everyone else was great. I was in and out in under 30 minutes!!!!! David, Nurse practitioner, super great!!!!! Funny and thorough. Highly recommend this place

It was awful and I want my copay back. I was dehydrated and needed fluids and labs and they did neither. The NP didn't give me a thorough examination and prescribed something I could have called in myself. I am a PA and know what I needed. The NP didn't auscaltate my heart and lungs or my abdomen but just pushed on my abdomen. For me when I see a patient with similar symptoms I will look in their mouth, auscaltate heart, lungs, and abdomen then palpate the belly. This was a substandard visit. I paid a $50 copay for nothing. I could have called in the script for Zofran myself. This visit was a joke and I want my money back.

My experience was wonderful. Best group of people I ever met in a medical facility. Everyone was friendly patient. Oh they were so polite smiling faces. I love the whole crew. Thank you so much.
