Bon Secours St. Francis Medical Center

I wish I could give them a better review, unfortunately as a whole I cannot. My wife and I recently had a baby at St Francis and due to some minor complications it required our baby stay at the NICU five nights. The facility is immaculate and all the doctors we met were top notch. Food service in the cafeteria was also really good. However the room service left a lot to be desired, although I understand they have the challenge of feeding probably 1000+ people three times a day. The real discouraging and concerning aspect was how dealing with the nurses felt like you needed to fend for yourself. My care at St Francis was excellent! Dr. Holts is awesome. My nurses were quick to respond to my needs. The anesthetic dr was very reassuring. I highly recommend this team. Also was happily surprised by the calls to my home by nurses. When I had a problem, it was quickly resolved. Thank you!

Every nurse and doctor I came in contact with was kind, friendly, professional and very knowledgeable! In fact everyone was amazing and helped calm my nerves. The hospital was so very clean and organized and felt comfortable. I will recommend St. Francis to anyone and everyone!

My husband was taken to the ER evening of Tues, Jan 26, subsequently admitted for further treatment, being discharged late Fri., Jan 30th 2026. From beginning to end we felt he was given excellent care. We were kept informed of any procedures being requested and why. Felt the doctors worked well with relaying information with each other. Nurses and techs were all compassionate and caring. He required four week in home IV antibiotics, which staff arranged and gave me a quick tutorial in the "how to." At 69 this was his first time to be admitted to a medical facility and we feel blessed that it went off near perfection.
