Since moving to Virginia five years ago in the middle of Covid, Dr. Jelisa Timmons has been our PCP. My wife and I both trust her implicitly primarily due to her compassion and honesty with discussing our health with us. Her empathy is amazing and she and her staff seem truly dedicated to our healthcare. We do not hesitate to refer others to this practice. Even if we see other professionals in her practice, she is always aware of the results of those visits as well as any test results or procedures we’ve had at other locations. In all honesty, everyone we have seen at this practice deserves more than the five star rating available to us!

My doctor is a great listener and strives to help me navigate the things I don't understand and always pleasant and friendly Dr. Bratysheva is the best. All is the other staff seems pleasant and eager to help as well. Very satisfied with the service and care from this practice.

i always have a wonderful experience at this location and Dr. Roberts is very thorough helping and knowledgeable and willing to help assist with any questions or issues you ask him about from the front desk to the nurses and room , no long wait at all they really take care of you

This was best hospital to give birth at. The NICU staff took great care of my son thank you doctors and nurses who took care of me and my baby. I’m so grateful for how my son was treated and how the nurses took care of me.

The doctors are great but the billing department is trash!! They feel it is ok the charge you 2 types of co-payments for the same visit, then refuse to fix it. I was charged my normal co-payment but the. The made a mistake with a trainee charge. Modifiers were added to the documentation submitted to insurance. Since these charges were not covered as invoiced I had a 2nd co-payment. While trying to work this out, they sent a letter stating if I don’t pay by 10/1, they will send me to collections. Even though I was still working with someone in the office, I was contacted on 9/12 by a collection agency. I have left messages for the head person and now have received no call backs. I paid the bill and will never go there again.
