I want to give a special thank you to the staff at Southside Medical Center who took excellent care of me during my thryoid biopsy (FNA). They were amazing. They explained everything to me step by step (which kept me calm and relaxed). They all were gentle, freindly, and knowlegeble, and just overall nice! The names of those ladies are: Erin Davis, Jennifer Denny, Miranda Baugh, and Shirmere Holloman! Thank you Ladies!

My experience was very special and a special shout out to my Doctor Bazile, she truly was the best !!!! Shout out to Miss. Tonya and my nurses in the NICU , Reneé and Tara and to my nurses Maddie, Kendall, Kristen, Arron, Cathy and the anesthesiologist (the man ) and Melinda. Also special shout out to Z. Taylor and India for assisting us with making sure our Medicaid and checking in after our discharged date. I appreciate everyone else it was very nice to have been in the hands of you all. Thank you so much

My father had a heart procedure on January 15th. We cannot say enough good things about our experience. Every single person that we came in contact with was exceptional. From the time we were greeted at the front desk, to leaving the following day we were treated with warmth and friendlessness - but above all, professionalism.

If there was an option for zero or negative stars I would have chosen it.This has been the worst hospital I've ever stayed at. They gave me food in allergic to Every day, and then they say it's accommodated and safe, I had an allergic reaction. Next day I was told again they fixed everything. But What is just a cold handful of lunch meat and a pudding cup. No fruit anything. It doesn't have even half the nutritional value of a full meal. Ihad phlebotomist use the same needle on me twice. Most nurses here either disregard or have audacity to comment on my physical appearance outside of a medical manner. The phone to contact anyone here doesn't even work. I'm going to sue when I get out of this hellhole known as a sorry excuse for a hospital both for Medical Neglegence, and emotional damage.

Check in was immediate. Doctor Morales came in within 20 minutes of arrival and was very knowledgeable about the diagnosis from the GP we had seen prior to going to the ER. CT scan was very quick. Sarrah started the IV steroids within 45 minutes of arriving at the ER. My mother was admitted and stayed for 3 days. All of the nurses were very nice and knowledgeable. She saw a neurologist, a rheumatologist, a surgeon and an ENT twice while she was there. We really could not have had a better experience. I was pleasantly surprised.
