Bon Secours Pediatric Dental Associates

Love the team in general but wish I didn’t feel rushed when calling to arrange appointments. It’s hard when you have 2 kids and parents with limited work flexibility; so wish they had a way you could at least ‘view’ open appointments so it would be less stressful making them. That being said; everyone is always friendly when you come in and the dental assistants and dentists are amazing.

I cannot say enough about Bon Secours Pediatric Dental Associates. My two children used to be terrified of the dentist, but from day one the entire team- residents, front staff, and dental assistants- made them feel safe, heard, and truly cared for. The residents are incredibly gentle, knowledgeable, and patient, taking time to explain everything at each visit. The front desk team is warm, organized, and incredibly kid-friendly, making every appointment smooth and stress-free. The dental assistants are attentive and reassuring- guiding my children through everything with kindness. Today, both of my children actually look forward to their visits and come out with smiles, goodie bags, and more importantly the feeling of being safe. they full of it! they made me keep going back & forth *45mins away from my home btw* just to tell me the same thing they told me at my last appointment.. now im currently asking for my kids records & they got rude yet again saying they have no one dedicated no print of their records.. won't give me a time frame or nothing! if i could give 0 stars i would.

This place is what dental nightmares are made of. The last resident I interacted with was fresh out of dental school and had minimal ability to interact with children (or adults, for that matter). Maybe chalk it up to virtual education during Covid or just incredibly weak bedside manner. The interactions I’ve had have actually generated dental anxiety in my children, and before any dental appointment they beg not to return to this office. Beware, if they perpetuate nervousness in your child by their lack of ability to interact with them, you will foot the bill for the extra time they spent on the appointment - regardless of much of this time they spent running back and forth consulting a preceptor. Give me twice on Friday and we went to the clinic we found it closed every first Friday every month and they not call us to reschedule the appointment
