Very responsive to requests for an appointment for an unexpected issue. Staff are super friendly and the intake process etc is very smooth. Dr McKenzie is the absolute best. She hears what you are experiencing, asks lots of questions and then thoroughly explains what the possible issues might be and narrows down for a diagnosis to treat. The best PCP experience I’ve had.

My PCP Dr. Judith McKenzie and her entire staff never cease to amaze me. They continue to go above and beyond and treat me with the utmost kindness and respect.

My nurse, Josh, responded to my message on the portal quickly and was able to set up a tele-visit with Dr. Smith on the same day. Had alittle trouble connecting via phone to nurse or doctor. Dr. Smith was prompt in answering a followup question I had.

I haven't had any issues here. I'm able to easily book sick appointments through the mychart app and get in to see my doctor. Getting bloodwork and imaging done it super convenient, since everything needed is at the main hospital.
