Bon Secours Infusion Center

The nurse was great but the check-in staff was AWFUL. I was just there for a blood draw and had another treatment there in the same building before my blood draw appointment. However I was told specifically to go ahead and check in for the blood draw early and they would fit me in. So I go to check in with the lady at the front desk and explain the situation about how I was told to check in early and they would try to fit me in. She then asks for my name, date of birth date, and tells me to wait. I then wait over an hour in the waiting room well past my appointment time and then check in with her to confirm I was checked in. She then very rudely points to a sign at the check in desk that says they would not check people in more than 15 minute early and that I was not checked in. So

spent 3 hours calling during business hours and never had someone answer the phone
