Needed a lymphedema sleeve and glove and this is only local place to work with insurance. Wad told they would work with the doctor to get the proper Rx. Explained it was semi-emergent as was moving and needed to do lots of packing & lifting so needed asap. Took 2 weeks to track down Tami (1st on vacation then playing catch up) who acted like I was putting her out because she was behind in her work. When they needed the Rx and couldn’t reach my doctor rather than call me I had to call them to find out the delay. I called my doctor and got Rx there immediately and doctor’s office said they had never been called. Tami reviewed Rx and told me she would order immediately and would call me in a few days when it arrived. She had the Rx at that time. Today 2 weeks later I still have no sleeve and

I have been using Bolton’s for years for my prescriptions and vaccines. Started using them as my mother in law used them and was very happy. As she got older and had problems remembering when/what she had to take the staff there got her into their program of managed scripts which was a life saver for her. Staff is always very pleasant. The owners are also knowledgeable about CBD oil products. They also carry prescriptions for pets. Highly recommend them.

Not just a pharmacy, who knew?! I can't believe it took me 20 years living in upstate NY to find it. Definitely worth a look, especially if you're into tabletop and card games.

Thanks for reaching out to your longtime customers to tell them, you are closed on Sunday now. Some of us have to pick up medication's the day we are out of them because of the rules. Guess I'm not working or doing anything else today. It would've been fine. Had I known. But I have responsibilities and I can't fulfill them without my medication. It's not like you don't have our contact information. Calling the pharmacy When you reopen isn't going to fix today.

I've been using Bolton's for years and can't imagine switching. The staff at Bolton's are always friendly with great service...One person in particular always goes above and beyond for me. Melissa, if you read this, you don't know how much I appreciate all the hard work you do for me! Most of the time she'll have my prescriptions all filled before I even call. Makes my stressful situation a little easier to deal with. Not sure if she'll even see this but just want to say thank you to Bolton's staff and her especially.
