Shayla was AMAZING! She has tons of knowledge about the body’s anatomy, muscular system, body movement and all things kinesiology. She clearly explained the why behind what I was feeling, linked the daily movement to what she was seeing in session, provided suggestions and resources for betterment. She’s incredibly knowledgeable and I couldn’t recommend her enough. Between the education and the actual massage it was hands down the best experience I’ve ever had. I would highly recommend her!

Shayla has been phenomenal to work with. She’s helped with a lot of muscle damage and repair as a landscaper. She has a very extensive knowledge base which opens a lot of techniques to relieve pain and recover. I would highly recommend Shayla.
