I have been having problems with my back for over a month. Yvonne was thorough, literally from the top of my head to the tips of my toes with just the right amount of pressure. Yvonne is amazing - I went to her the first time for a sore lower back and not only did she work out the knots, etc during the massage, she then took the time to tell me ways to avoid the issue going forward - I go back regularly and she works hard to keep me loose and pain free
