I’ve been seeing Kristen for over a decade for waxing/facials and she is amazing. Meticulous in her attention to detail and so knowledgeable understanding what my skin needs. I moved twice and tried others, but now drive 30m to Kristen because she’s just better.

I absolutely love this place. I have been a few times and seen different therapists. All extremely knowledgeable, and professional. I leave restored, feeling great, and always wanting to come back. Cannot recommend enough.

First experience at BodyOne today and my massage from Joy was excellent. Just what I needed after a grueling finals week. I appreciated them checking in about pressure and temperature - I was very satisfied with my visit and would highly recommend!

Just absolutely incredible. Every massage therapist is extremely talented. The owners are warm and kind. For a student like me, it sometimes feels like the weight of my entire future is on my shoulders. For just an hour or two, I can have that stress quiet. I always feel better when I walk out of this place. That makes all the difference to focus on my work and help others. Blaine was incredible. I had severe neck and back pain so he asked me several questions before beginning my session. His experience and knowledge of myofascial techniques were exactly what I needed to address the pain and release the tension. He explained the tendons and muscles while going through the massage and regularly checked to make sure that I was not tensing as he worked the different points. Highly recommend! An incredible session and will definitely return for future sessions
