This is my first experience at physical therapy and I am very glad I chose Bodysolutions. I like the calm atmosphere with soft music in the background. Darby, the receptionist, is very efficient and friendly. The staff is extremely professional, warm and caring. They are always ready to help and are very encouraging during my therapy exercises. Dr. Steve Young is extremely knowledgeable and is always happy to answer any questions and explains how the exercises relate to the healing of my injury. I would highly recommend Bodysolutions!

I came to Body Solutions because of an injured shoulder that was not getting better and the reality that every time I started to work out in the past two years I have ended up hurting myself in some way. I am writing to highly recommend physical therapist Steve Young and his therapy and exercise facility, Body Solutions. I have had therapy for my back from other therapists but none has come close to the care, treatment and thoroughness I have received at Body Solutions. Steve was able to explain the physical reasons that were causing my problems which made the therapy program he prescribed meaningful as well as therapeutic. After only four visits I am greatly improved. The knowledge and professionalism of the staff compliments the therapy program. Steve Young's philosophy is that both the proper mind set along with the muscle re-hab is what a full recovery requires and he strives to give this to you. I originally went to body solutions for back and shoulder pain from a motor vehicle accident that happened over a year ago. I was apprehensive because I had been receiving treatment at multiple places and my pain was still about a 9 when I experienced pain. I was about 3-4 weeks off of getting a risky procedure done to my back and after having cortisone shots in my shoulder I was a little hopeless and thought I would have to figure out how to cope with pain.
