An amazing experience! I have had a chronic stiff neck and very tight quadricep muscles for a very long time that limited some of my flexibility. Many therapists have attempted to help me with varying success, however after just one session with Heather she managed to reduce the tension in my neck and legs so I can now freely turn my neck from side to side without stiffness, made my legs feel lighter and brought noticeable increase in my mobility.
