Customer Reviews
I see a bunch of reviews complaining about being asked for tip. When I asked the hour rate, the masseuse said, “$60 not including tip.” To rate a business 1 star because of that is crazy behavior. Look at those users’ other ratings, and you’ll see they only leave negative reviews. That’s a weird pattern of behavior. If you can’t afford a service, you’re not the target customer. Whenever I stop by this massage spot, the staff were friendly and professional from the jump. Place was clean, mellow, good music, and smelled nice. My massage therapist knew her stuff. Hit all the knots, pressure was solid. Walked out relaxed and my back and shoulders felt a whole lot better.
I recently visited this spa at 122 South St and had a massage from a young, very pretty girl with super long wavy black hair I didn't ask her name The experience was exceptional from start to finish The girl had a warm and welcoming personality that immediately put me at ease Her professionalism and attention to detail truly stood out The massagecwas not only deeply relaxing , but also highly effective Clearly, she knows what she's doing I left feeling refreshed, recharged , and completely satisfied with the service If you're looking for someone who combines skill with a genuinely friendly attitude, i highly recommend paying a visit to this spa
They’re asking for a tip before the massage starts. A tip is not mandatory — it’s up to me to leave one after the service is completed and I’m satisfied.
I've been a few times. Be prepared to be overwhelmed (in a good way) by both the massage and the conversation. If you're lucky enough to get Weiwei, you will be entertained while you are there (other options seem to drift in and out, and they are good as well). She carries a great conversation as she's working through your muscle pains. She likes to talk and can be very funny - she'll also listen to your gripes and offer opinions, just like a good bartender. I've never been asked to tip up front. It's never happened to me. But with that said, you should tip at least $40 for a therapeutic massage.
Called to see if they had walk in availability and she said yes. I told her I'd be there in 5 minutes and she said ok. When I arrived she yelled at her boyfriend on speaker phone in front of me for 5 minutes and kept telling me to hold on. So I left. Just say no if you don't have availability.
