Body Balance Day Spa & Salon

First time trying Body Balance and it was the best place I’ve been by far. I saw Brandi, she was very nice, professional and listened to exactly what I needed/ wanted! I will definitely be booking with her again.

Had a one hour custom massage today that was gifted. My masseuse was Brandi. Asked for heavy pressure and she did not disappoint! Felt amazing!

I’ve been going here for years and I highly recommend trying it if you are looking for a great massage. My neck and shoulders are regularly tight which contributes to a lot of pain at times. I went this week for a massage after dealing with terrible neck and shoulder tightness/pain the past few weeks. My pain is now gone. I have been going to Becky for massages for years and she is an amazing masseuse! When I am able to go every few months, it keeps my pain at bay and increases my quality of life. I am so appreciative of this place and highly recommend!!

Beautiful place to relax and visit. Staff is always nice, polite and genuine. Services I have received have all been great and finished amazingly. Tammy is great and always full of energy and happy to see you. Would not go anywhere else. Not able to leave another one but just have to say they are better with each visit. They I’ll keep me updated with all th new ideas and are always so helpful. They are all amazing, but Tammy is my personal masseuse and it’s always been great, with ideas to try and ways to help me improve.

I was greeted promptly by the friendly receptionist when I walked in and offered a drink (water or champagne) before being taken to the waiting room. The atmosphere is calming with dim lighting and gentle music. I only waited a couple of minutes before my therapist, Tammy, took me back to the room. She made sure to ask if I had any specific concerns to address before beginning. I got an hour-long Swedish massage, and it was great. She made sure the amount of pressure she applied was comfortable and adjusted it when asked. My shoulders are always tense and she did a great job working them out. I would definitely return for another visit and recommend Body Balance to anyone looking for a relaxing experience.
