I have been seeing Zach for over 10 years and he's an AMAZING Massage Therapist. He is gentle and a natural intuitve when it comes to pressure application on the body. I have improved mobility and reduced pain in my body after my sessions. I always feel like I am walking on air when I leave my appointments.

Zak at Bodhi Tree Bodywork is a gem of a find. He is an expert technician and tunes a body the way that a mechanic tunes an engine. AND, he is way more than that. Zak also heals energetically and subtly in a gentle and profound way which gave me significant results! He is humble and sweet and easy to feel comfortable with. He is very respectful of others. My nickname for him is "Mr. Zen" because of his calm demeanor. When I get a massage from him, not only is my body like butter, my mind is too. His calmness kind of rubs off.... Zak's work goes a few steps beyond the other massages I have had, and I've had quite a few. Here is a guy who was born with the gift of healing!

google lists this place as "deep tissue massage" and "myofascial release," but once I got to my appointment, Zach told me he doesn't do deep tissue. very disappointing to learn this after I'd booked and arrived. I was looking forward to the kind of relief that he didn't seem willing or able to provide, despite the description here on Google I let him know I had issues exclusively with my back but he told me he wouldn't be working my back. it's probably fine if you're into the woo-woo side of massage, not good for chronic pain, deep tissue, knot release, etc.

I had an incredible experience at Bodhi Tree last week. My previous experience with massage or body work was mixed, I viewed it as a temporary way to relax or treat yourself. What I left with after Bodhi Tree was so much more. Not only did they help my muscles to finally let go, they found problem areas that blocked my energies. I could feel tingles in my feet again! The week after I continued to improve and gain back lost mobility in my back. The big blockage point in my lower back has improved and I feel so much better in general. I cannot rate this place high enough and look forward to scheduling an appointment next month.

I've been going to Zach for years, and followed him from Massage Envy over to his own practice. He is a delight to work with and I always leave feeling so much better.
