Honestly the BEST pharmacy I have ever used. SO kind, SO helpful! They solve any and every problem I have ever had, help me out in a pinch (like.going out of town, etc.). I will never use another pharmacy! Staff is fantastic, service os top notch!

The worst Pharmacy ever ! Refuse to help my uncle when he called stating you don’t speak Spanish while you are in a “Latin Neighborhood “,You people had been giving my sick uncle Federico Santana a run around for his “BLOOD PRESSURE MEDICATION” My uncle “BLOOD PRESSURE” IS HIGH !!! at the moment ! Yet again you told his medication was ready although this prescription was sent by his PCP and due for refill long time ago ,it has been 3 days and nothing.He went back today (SATURDAY)again you stated it was not ready and sent him back home without it meaning till Monday without it.Anything that happens to him you people will be held accountable! Boca pharmacy on 152nd and Jackson is the best pharmacy not only in the Bronx but in New York City in general. CVS didn't help me with anything and actually caused my symptoms to start again due to their rudeness, incompetency, and lack of will to do their job. They didn't want to help me at all. Pharmacist Dr obaid zia, pharmacy technician Norma d, and pharmacy technician ivy treated me like I was family spoke to me for over an hour on repeated occasions in order to help me with my condition which is something that I haven't been able to get a diagnosis from anybody in 10 years but with their help I'm one step closer to obtaining that. I have never felt so much love and warmth from a pharmacy in my entire life and these people at this pharmacy actually care about their clients. I highly r
