Board Certified Podiatrist Dr. Richard Sarte

I don't know who these people are who write a 1 Star reviews. Maybe they expect a Palm Springs Spa day or something. I found Dr Sarte and his staff to be of the highest quality. Nice, friendly, knowledgeable, never a long wait and get this, they actually listen when you talk. Dr. Sarte is a great doctor. Honestly, I wish all of the doctors I see were that good. I say, consider the source of those people who put up 1 Star. I have mostly found that those are the folks that just want to complain because they are generally miserable. Yeah, you need you feet seen to, go see Dr. Sarte.

The worst of the worst, extremely unprofessional. I went there for fungus in my feet. Richard, he didn't even checked my feet. He just cut my nails like a pedicurie person. He told me that he needs my blood test, I did it. Also, he said I don't need to go back. They will call to my pharmacy for the pills. I called his office for the pills. A woman named Celeste, said Crystal is in charge of that. I called their office, probably 20 minutes, left messages, no return. I don't recommend this place to anybody. Now, I have to go to another doctor, repeat everything I hope with better results. Don't waste your time in places like this.

The medical staff, especially the doctor, is polite and helpful, but the administration is extremely disorganized. I never had the surgery I needed because they delayed sending the paperwork to the insurance. By the time they acted—only after I kept calling—I had already started working and couldn’t proceed. Now I need a prescription, and even after doing the required blood test over a week ago and calling multiple times, they still haven’t sent it to the pharmacy. Very frustrating experience

What a wonderful doctor I have found in Dr. Sarte! He is caring, knowledgeable and available. His staff is kind and helpful. Highly recommend to anyone experiencing foot issues.

My first time being cared for and treated by Dr. Sarte was while he was working out of the hospital in Glendale, California. He performed some minor foot surgery quite a few years ago. More recently I specifically requested the services of Dr. Sarte for different feet related services after my medical provider sent me to their recommended provider where I had a poor experience. Fortunately, my insurance company approved my request to return to Dr. Sarte and I have seen him about ten times since 2022. Dr. Sarte is exceptionally skilled and professional, with a positive mannerism. Very likable and friendly, as is his office assistant.
