I was a patient at MBH Physical Therapy for a few months, and I can honestly say they are outstanding. I’ve received physical therapy at other clinics in the past, but MBH is by far the best physical therapy center in Woodbridge. The staff is extremely professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely caring. From day one, they made me feel supported and truly listened to. You can tell they care about their patients—not just about treating an injury, but about helping you heal and improve overall. I’m very grateful for the care I received and highly recommend MBH Physical Therapy to anyone looking for high-quality, compassionate physical therapy.

What an Excellent BMH PT facility this is,nothing but great things to say , I came for the PT with severe neck and shoulder pain which was increasing day by day for over an year , so bad I couldn’t move my head, sleep or drive , Dr Hong did the initial check up discussed the issue and developed a personalized treatment plan for me,with treatments of massages , cupping , dry needling and at location gentle exercises showing and guiding me , giving me confidence.I came here for 3 months of therapy and each visit got better and better .BMH Team of Dr Hong ,Dr Jo , Tatiana ,Kelly and Claire,are a dedicated team and you can totally trust them with your health issues. I want to sincerely thank all the members at BMH, Tatiana, Kelly, Claire and Dr. Hong for a wonderful experience. When I first walked in I was a little apprehensive because this was the first I going through therapy. Dr Hong and I sat down to discussed my injury and we carefully laid out a plan on treating my injury. I honestly can't say enough on how they welcome you and prepare you to get better. My hats off to Tatiana and Kelly, there attention to details on providing with care are unquestionable. They not only assist you with care, they also provide you with a little bit of laughter. This team at BMH are special. Oh by the way, they provide me with a parting gift which I thought were cookies, I called my to tell her about it and it turned out to be a towel.... LOL

Dr. Joe and Staff are the very best. Clare at the front desk is very professional and helpful which is very important for good customer service. Kelly has been wonderful as my Therapist and I am so pleased with her expertise and skills. I always leave my appointments feeling so much better. Dr Jo is very knowledgeable and caring.
