BMC Outpatient Imaging & Testing Center

They do a lot of dumb things. They send you a letter asking to call primary to set up an appt, instead of calling primary directly. They recently moved entrance to an obscure location, but they don't tell you this in the appt letter. Nor do they have a sign at the front door, preventing you from entering covid treatment room. When you finally find the damned door, the sign says you have to call Mary on the phone so she could open. And if I didn't have the phone with me? This is so thoughtless and dumb it leaves you speechless.

Never had an issue with them. I’m always in and out very quickly. Everyone is always polite and professional.

Everyone here was very nice and helpful during my visit. I would use them again in the future if needed.
