Ok so it's best to preface this review by letting everyone know that my cat's entire mission from the time she enters the building to the time she leaves is to make everyone suffer. With that being said, I have never written a review for a business so deserving. They are AMAZING! Flounder talks using buttons and she told me she had an "Ouch" "Tinkle" recently and no-one there treated me like a crazy person when I told them this. They did end up finding blood in her urine and got her on the appropriate medications and she is back to feeling her crazy self again. They were also very supportive about using her (emotional support) Mouse Toy to help her get through her exam with maybe possibly slightly less suffering for the staff. We are new customers and had an urgent situation concerning our older dog. Bluffton Veterinary Hospital reception was able to schedule an appointment the same day. We met with Dr. Caudill who examined our dog thoroughly and quickly provided a diagnosis and treatment plan. Thank you!
