I will say a solid 4.5 stars. We have been with Dr. Garcia since 2011 for reference and multiple locations. Dr. G- 5 STARS: Dr. G has always been compassionate, caring and attentive to not only my concerns as a parent but listening to my kids. We never feel rushed when it is our turn to see her, and yes most times it is close to an hour before seeing her. Knowing that she doesn't rush us, listens to us, not dismissing my own research or ideas is most important and appreciated. We have followed her around for this reason alone. I didn't think I would find a Pedi as compassionate as our previous one in the Hill country but we did. That value alone is worth its weight in gold. Terrible experience with front desk! They made me fill out thousands of paperwork that has the same questions over and over again (new patient, I get it) however, why ask me the same thing 300 times? Why not make it simple and easy and send me a link to an online form BEFORE I come in the office? Important note is that I had already gone there before with insurance info and all the personal info and they made me fill everything out again on paper and pen. It was tiring as I had a baby in my arms that wouldn’t stop moving, there was nowhere to keep him besides the floor (he’s only 9 months). ALSO, there’s nowhere to find my child’s records (no online, portal, app, NOTHING) guess what? What if all the forms they made me sign I forget how much he weights, his height and so on? Dr. Garcia and the entire team at this pediatric office are truly one of a kind. We’ve been coming here since it’s opened, and I honestly can’t imagine trusting anyone else with my children’s care. Dr. Garcia always listens so patiently and takes every concern seriously. The communication—from both the doctor and staff—is always clear, kind, and honest. They genuinely care, and it shows in every visit. I’m so grateful for Dr. Garcia and her staff!

My family has been with Dr. Garcia since 2013, when we started fostering/adopting children. She’s been wonderful with all of the kids we’ve had and takes time to get to know all of them individually.
