Had an asthma flare up and went here . All the ladies here from beginning to end were very empathetic to my situation. They got me right in and out w my rx’s sent immediately. Meagan was very helpful w some info for discount meds with no insurance and Monika was great at getting me exactly what I needed. Everyone very kind and I appreciate that. Highly recommend. Super affordable if you don’t have insurance and are a local . Being open on Sunday till 8 was a lifesaver for my situation. Will go here anytime I need urgent care !!! The staff is wonderful !

I have never felt so genuinely seen, heard, and cared for by a medical professional. Dr. Lewis has this rare balance of being incredibly knowledgeable while also being warm, down to earth, and easy to talk to. She never rushes me and she always explains things in a way that actually makes sense. I feel completely comfortable with her about what is going on with my health and being under her care at any given time an “urgent care” situation may pop up for me. I trust her judgment completely. Every time I leave an appointment I feel confident, reassured, and taken care of. She goes above and beyond and treats me as a whole person, not just a list of symptoms. We love Blue Water Urgent Care! My son needed Stitches a few weeks back. From the moment we walked in the door everyone was so kind towards him. Monika came in asked questions to get to know him and help put him at easy before she stitched him back up. He refused to have them removed by anyone other than Monika. We also got all my kids sports physicals done here. We were in and out in no time. All three for my kids said Monika and the staff are the best!

My first visit was top notch! Excellent care, extremely clean, fast and efficient! The staff were so accommodating and friendly. Highly recommend to all! Pharmacy coming soon! That makes a huge difference to us not wanting to make an additional stop! Keep up the great work Blue Water Urgent Care!!

The clinic was very clean and well-organized, which helped me feel at ease as soon as I walked in. Everything from the waiting area to the exam rooms was tidy and clearly well cared for.
