Blue Ridge Optical

This gang here is five stars all the way. Professional and kind they understand customer service. Tammy is my favorite gal there. But, have worked with all the staff for glasses and adjustments as needed. Blue Ridge Optical is wonderful.

My family and I were vacationing at Smith Mountain Lake, when I broke the arm off my glasses. The frames were metal and the arm was snapped clean off. I didn't have a spare pair with me, so I was a little panicked. I was reduced to wearing my prescription sunglasses indoors! I called Blue Ridge Optical on the off-chance they might be able to do something for me. They were very nice, and told me to come on in to the optical shop to see what they could do. We met a very nice man, who also happened to be one of their opticians. (I didn't get his name, and I do not see him listed on the website). He very kindly said he would try to repair my frames. He repaired them in a few minutes. He expertly soldered both arms, as he said the other side was also broken. He did not charge us for the work. H

Really nice folks here. My technician Melanie was very friendly and professional. Great experience!
