Yo, finally found my go-to spot in Dania Lauderdale area. Pulled up to Blue Ocean Spa on Federal Hwy after a brutal week grinding, and damn, it was exactly what I needed. Walked in, clean vibes, low lights, smells like eucalyptus or whatever chill scent they got going—straight Miami relaxation mode without the tourist trap feel. The therapist (shoutout to whoever was on shift last night) had magic hands. Deep tissue but knew exactly when to ease up, hit all the right spots, left me floating. Felt like she could read my mind on pressure—strong where I carry stress, softer where it counts. Super attentive, no rush, made sure I was good the whole time. That extra attention to detail? After getting injured at the gym, I'd been looking for a place to help me loosen up, I was down in Florida on vacation and came across this spot online, so I decided to give it a try. Glad I did. The price felt fair and the service was solid. My shoulders and neck definitely felt a lot better afterward. The only downside was parking--it was a bit tricky when I went. Still, overall a good experience, so four stars from me.

Had a really nice experience at Blue Ocean Therapy. The space was clean and relaxing, and the therapist checked in about pressure before starting, which I appreciated. The massage itself was solid and helped a lot with tension. I’m giving four stars just because the check-in felt a little slow, but overall it was a good experience and I’d come back.

I have had nothing but outstanding experiences for the years I have been using them. Very nice, friendly and laid back. Makes it easy to relax and definitely feel much better when leaving. Highly recommend and would give 10 stars if possible!!

I had a great experience here. The staff were polite, the room was comfortable, and the therapist used steady and professional techniques. My back pain eased noticeably after the session.
