The front office/referral staff are some of the worst staff I have ever dealt with in all my years. Excuse after excuse when asked why things weren’t handled. First it’s one excuse, then when I point out why I was not contacted to let me know of specifics, she then changes the story that someone did call, yet no voicemails or screened iPhone calls proving that. Go to another well known and long established office close by instead! Edit: You are entitled to your opinion, sounds extremely biased, naturally. And of course, I leave negative reviews so others can avoid since I don’t sit outside the business and warn every person walking in. Positive feedback is given immediately, in-person to the individual that deserves it, as well as their superiors are made aware of the exceptional service

I had a very disappointing experience with this dermatology practice. During my visit, I was treated rudely by staff (Tonna/Tanya) and the treatment I received resulted in unnecessary scarring to my skin, which has been both physically and emotionally upsetting. What made the situation worse was the complete lack of follow-up or accountability. I called multiple times and left messages for both the manager and the owner, but no one ever returned my calls. I even stopped by the sister office (Okeechobee) in person to try to speak with the owner, Jason, and was told he was “out,” with a promise he would follow-up. I had went in July 2025 about a reaction I had to some otc wart remover I used on my ankle and found out I had melanoma from a freckle on my arm. They were very prompt about the results and the removal of the melanoma. Mrs. Sara is the one who found it, and she has been great. I’m actually about to have another spot removed. I hope and pray the lord keeps giving her the guidance to find everything she needs to help her patients and herself.

Hands down the best team around! Sara and Tonna are the dynamic duo. I go monthly for IPL treatments and I am very pleased with the outcome and my skin has never looked better. I highly recommend the both of them and Blue Ocean Dermatology!

I initially brought my daughter in for a bit of acne, and they took care of it right away—the staff was professional, and the office was spotless. While I was there, I had my own skin checked for the first time, and they quickly identified three spots that needed closer examination.
