I have been a patient for a few years. Unfortunately my last 3 visits have been unpleasant. Besides the staff bathing in perfume, I had several spots to freeze on my face that did not freeze. On my follow up I was informed I had two spots that needed to be removed or monitored, one on my shoulder and one on my arm. I wanted them removed. One of the two, the one my right arm, became infected. I called the office and was put into a chat session, which no problem, I provided my concerns, irritated skin, blistered. That was on a Tuesday, no call, no response. Unfortunately for my kids who have been going here for years, yesterday was the last time. I booked a 2:15/2:30 appointment and took the kids out early from school. All to sit there a hour later and see everyone else going in first. Not to mention this is a reschedule from the first appointment where we went all the way inside the room all for the PA to realize we didn’t have a referral for the visit and got told we need to reschedule. get it together guys!

I went through blue ocean to have a MOHS surgery done. Initially, I felt good about the experience however, in hindsight, I am absolutely disgusted. The things I overheard were completely unprofessional. I am not sure of the assistance name only that I heard the names Tiffany and Selena. They were bad mouthing the company using profane speech in a professional environment, and we’re completely inappropriate badmouthing other employees and the owners. I wasn’t going to say anything, but my husband insisted that the people needed to know. In addition to what I was subjected to With my ears, both times I went in last there were dogs running around, and I heard a staff member saying she had to rush to go clean up where the dog had peed on the floor And what is supposed to be a sanitized and me

My experience with Blue Ocean Dermatology was extremely disappointing and concerning. While accompanying a friend to an appointment, I scheduled my own visit for January 15, 2026. I have two insurance plans (one through my husband and one through my employer), and the front desk staff reviewed both cards and assured me the visit would be covered aside from my co-pay. I later had to reschedule due to the flu, and my appointment was moved to February 3, 2026. When I arrived for the rescheduled appointment, I gave the front desk associate my last name three times and was asked whether I even had an appointment. I confirmed it was at 2:15 PM. We love Dr Nagrani! She is so courageous and thorough! Talks to you, explains everything and makes sure you know what is happening. Really takes the time with you! The staff is very friendly and courteous too! Highly recommend
